Podium seat and M2 seating solutions
Lamar Advertising Headquarters, Louisiana USA
People require interaction in today’s workplace. They go to work to collaborate, to brainstorm, to do research, to “work” in nontraditional sense of the word. Much of what we observe in creative environments involves informal interaction in atypical settings, such as chance meetings in corridors or conversations around the coffee pot. Our designs are structured to reinforce that culture of openness.
Here our custom seats for the auditorium stairs and our M2 work perfectly to achieve this result.

Kazuko Okamoto creates designs combining fun and function. Fun? A perfect cut out Dai Ottoman right out the Dai Sofa. Function? Extending the sofa with a table piece attached to the sofa. Put your laptop on your sofa! Put up your feet on the Ottoman! Recreation all in one piece of foam.
DAI SOFA is also available upholstered in leather and fabric. Custom colors or sizes are available upon request.
Flexible by nature and ideal for large public spaces, the M2 is a modular seating system designed by Scott Wilson for Quinze & Milan. Three basic units (corner, linear and level units), each 1m2, supported by powder-coated steel frames fit together to form the desired configuration. Components can be interconnected or can stand alone. Light fittings can be integrated into the seating elements. M2 has received enthusiastic reviews, as well as honourable mentions at the ISDA Awards and the prestigious ID Design Awards.
Steel elements are powder-coated in standard grey (RAL 9007) and black (RAL 9005).
M2 is also available upholstered in leather and fabric, and with level units in veneer (oak, zebrano,…).
