Createam — A collaborative environment for EDF R&D

Quinze & Milan furniture shapes the collaborative landscape through a series of curved seating elements, compact stools and integrated work surfaces. Arranged around the room’s digital installations, the pieces support different modes of use — from group discussion and shared presentations to focused interaction with individual devices. Strong red, orange and dark-toned volumes give the interior a clear visual identity while helping to define zones within the open environment. The continuous seating geometry follows the circular architecture of the room and creates an informal setting where technology and face-to-face collaboration can coexist. The result is a purpose-built research environment in which furniture is part of the working interface: supporting movement, conversation and the collective development of ideas.
